A leading investment bank asked Juniper Research to perform due diligence on a key mobile games company which they were considering purchasing.
We visited the company’s headquarters in Hong Kong, interviewed its management team and assessed its corporate documentation. We subsequently provided our client with a detailed SWOT analysis of the target company, together with a comparative analysis of its product offering relative to its peers. We also submitted a series of key recommendations identifying required changes to the target company’s management structure, product output and core business model to maximise that company’s potential on an ongoing basis.

A leading OSS/BSS provider required an analyst partner with a strong market presence and credibility in order to produce a joint whitepaper for current and prospective customers. Juniper Research was selected, and developed a bespoke whitepaper on the strategic opportunities for telcos in the app store space around mobile payments. A tier 1 network operator needed a deeper understanding of the M2M enterprise space across specific countries and companies in order to make a number of strategic decisions. They approached Juniper Research to assist them in this project.
