Telco Insights - Ericsson and Deutsche Telekom Successfully Demonstrate On-demand 5G Network Slicing
This proof of concept was developed in Deutsche Telekom’s Bonn-based laboratory, using Ericsson’s commercial-grade 5G SA (Standalone) network to implement end-to-end network slicing infrastructure and explore the benefits of 5G network slicing for enterprises. During this trial, enterprise customers specialising in video production services were able to choose between low and high resolution for broadcasted video content, based on performance quality needs.
