If I ordered a report but have lost the download how can I retrieve it?

Buying Process

Will I get my report instantly?
You will receive a link to download your report shortly after you buy, if this is out of normal working hours then this may be the following day.

Where do I enter my marketing code?
Marketing Codes can be entered in the Checkout stage of the shopping cart, this is after you have Viewed your basket.

Option 1 Credit / Debit card
We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Switch and JCB.

Option 2 Direct Bank Transfer
Purchase Order Number is required.

About Tax

EU: Tax registered business - No tax applies if you submit your TAX number into ' Your VAT/TVA/ IVA/BTW /MWST No: ' box at the 'Checkout'.

EU: Non tax registered business - Tax will be applied only to Electronic Media at the prevailing UK Rate.

UK: VAT is only applied to Electronic Media.

Rest of the World: Tax is not applied.

Is there tax on Hardbacks?
There is no charge for VAT on Hardback or CD copies of the report.
